I. Geltungsbereich
1 Diese AGB gelten für alle Verkäufe gebrauchter Fotoausrüstung durch VXD, Berlin, Deutschland.
II. Zahlung
1 Die Zahlung ist unmittelbar bei Bestellung fällig.
2 Der Versand erfolgt erst nach vollständigem Zahlungseingang.
3 Erfolgt die Zahlung nicht innerhalb von sieben (7) Tagen, wird die Bestellung storniert.
III. Lieferung & Versand
1 Der Versand erfolgt versichert und mit Sendungsverfolgung. Die Kosten werden vor dem Kauf angezeigt. Lieferzeiten sind unverbindlich.
2 Verbraucher (§ 13 BGB): Die Gefahr des zufälligen Untergangs und der zufälligen Verschlechterung der Ware geht erst mit Übergabe an den Käufer über.
3 Unternehmer (§ 14 BGB): Die Gefahr geht mit Übergabe der Ware an den Versanddienstleister über.
IV. Zustand der Ware
1 Alle Kameras und Geräte sind gebraucht.
2 Sie werden auf Funktion geprüft und im beschriebenen Zustand („as is“) mit normalen Gebrauchsspuren verkauft.
V. Gewährleistung für Gebrauchtwaren
1 Verbraucher (§ 13 BGB): Die gesetzliche Gewährleistungsfrist beträgt zwölf (12) Monate ab Lieferung. Sie umfasst ausschließlich Mängel, die bereits zum Zeitpunkt der Lieferung bestanden. Schäden durch unsachgemäße Nutzung, Unfälle, Feuchtigkeit oder normale Abnutzung sind ausgeschlossen.
2 Unternehmer (§ 14 BGB): Die Gewährleistung für gebrauchte Waren wird ausgeschlossen.
VI. Widerrufsrecht
1 Verbraucher (§ 13 BGB) haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn (14) Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen vom Kauf zurückzutreten.
2 Die Frist beginnt am Tag des Erhalts der Ware.
3 Zur Ausübung ist das bereitgestellte Rücksendeformular zu verwenden und der Kontakt mit uns aufzunehmen, es sei denn, der Kauf erfolgte über eBay – in diesem Fall gilt ausschließlich das eBay-Rückgabeverfahren.
4 Die Kosten der Rücksendung trägt der Käufer.
5 Die Rückerstattung erfolgt innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Eingang der Rücksendung.

1 I. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales of used photographic equipment by VXD, Berlin, Germany.
II. Payment
1 Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
2 Orders are shipped only after full payment has been received.
3 If payment is not received within seven (7) days, the order will be cancelled
III. Delivery & Shipping
1 Shipping is insured and trackable. Costs are shown before purchase. Delivery times are non-binding.
2 Consumers (§ 13 BGB): The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes only upon handover to the buyer.
3 Business customers (§ 14 BGB): The risk passes once the goods are handed over to the carrier
IV. Condition of Goods
1 All cameras and equipment are used.
2 They are checked for function and sold in the described condition (“as is”), including normal signs of use.
V. Warranty on Used Goods
1 Consumers (§ 13 BGB): The statutory warranty period is twelve (12) months from delivery. Warranty covers only defects already existing at the time of delivery. Damage caused by improper use, accidents, moisture, or normal wear and tear is excluded.
2 Business customers (§ 14 BGB): Warranty for used goods is excluded.
VI. Right of Withdrawal
1 Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving reasons.
2 The withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are received.
3 To exercise this right, please use the provided return form and contact us directly, unless the purchase was made through eBay – in that case, only the eBay return procedure applies.
4 The buyer bears the cost of return shipping.
5 Refunds are issued within 14 days after the goods are returned.
6 Business customers (§ 14 BGB): No right of withdrawal applies.
VII. Liability
1 Unlimited liability: for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.
2 Limited liability: in cases of simple negligence, liability is restricted to essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damages.
VIII. Retention of Title
1 The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
IX. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
1 Contracts are governed by German law.
2 Consumers: Statutory jurisdiction rules apply.
3 Business customers: Berlin is the place of jurisdiction.

How do I request a repair?
Fill out the repair form and describe your issue. You’ll receive a quote within 2–3 working days.
Is there a fee for getting a quote?
Yes - a €40 inspection fee covers testing and diagnosis. It’s credited toward your repair if you go ahead.
How long does a repair take?
Usually 1–2 weeks after your camera arrives. We’ll contact you if parts or delays affect timing.
Do you offer a repair warranty?
Yes - 3 months on the specific work carried out. Damage from misuse, moisture, or wear isn’t covered.
What if parts aren’t available?
If original parts are no longer produced, we’ll discuss suitable alternatives before continuing.
How should I send my camera?
Remove tapes and accessories, and pack securely with padding. Tracked and insured shipping is strongly recommended.
What if I don’t collect my camera?
After 6 weeks of notification, storage fees may apply. After 8 weeks, uncollected items may be sold or recycled.
How do I draw Frames?
To add a video to your site, click the “Insert” button and navigate to the “Media” section. Then, drag and drop a video component onto the Canvas.

Shop & Products
Are all items new?
No - all products are pre-owned or refurbished. Each is inspected and described honestly.
What’s included with my purchase?
Each listing shows exactly what’s included (e.g., camera body, battery, charger). Packaging may vary.
What kind of warranty is included?
Consumers receive a 12-month statutory warranty covering defects present at delivery. Business customers are excluded as permitted by law.
What’s your return policy?
Consumers can return items within 14 days of delivery. Buyer covers return shipping; refunds are issued after inspection.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we ship worldwide. International buyers are responsible for customs fees and import taxes.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–3 working days. Delivery time depends on courier and destination.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently PayPal, bank transfer, and local pickup as well as card payments via Stripe.
Are your prices final or plus VAT?
Prices are final. Under §19 UStG, no VAT is charged or displayed on invoices.
What happens if my parcel is damaged?
All shipments are insured. Contact us immediately with photos so we can file a claim.
Are all items new?
