The VariZoom VZ-ROCK-PZFI is a professional rear-camera remote controller designed for Panasonic camcorders equipped with a 2.5 mm zoom control port and a 3.5 mm focus/iris port. Ideal for tripod operation, crane systems, shoulder rigs, or studio configurations where precise remote lens control is required.
With its compact ergonomic rocker design, the VZ-ROCK-PZFI allows smooth zoom control, precise manual focus adjustments, and iris (aperture) control, giving operators full lens control without touching the camera body. Especially useful for interviews, live events, ENG work, documentary shooting, and controlled studio setups.
The controller ships with a 1-meter integrated cable, which can be extended using VariZoom VZ-EXT-PZFI extension cables if longer distances are required.
Compatible with a wide range of Panasonic camcorders including: AG-DVX200, AG-AC160, AG-AC130A, AG-AF102A, HC-X1, AJ-PX230, AJ-PX270, DVX100, HVX200, and many more models that support Panasonic’s standard remote lens ports.
