Yes - VX Doc ships worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted before purchase. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.
What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for most items, provided they’re returned in the same condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or not as described. Please contact before returning an item to arrange the details.
What kind of warranty is included?
All pre-owned and refurbished items come with a 12-month statutory warranty for consumers, covering defects that existed at the time of delivery. Damage caused by wear, impact, moisture, or misuse is not covered. For business customers, warranty is excluded as permitted by law.
